TURNING POINT REAL ESTATE LIMITED

/tərniNG point/ (noun)

A time at which a decisive change in a situation occurs, especially one with beneficial results.

Real estate is a dynamic, exciting, challenging, frustrating, scary, fun industry to be a part of.

Just about everyone has an experience with real estate at some point in time whether it’s buying, selling or renting.  Or has a family/friend that has an experience with it. These experiences can vary to say the least. At Turning Point Real Estate Ltd. we believe that by providing an atmosphere of professionalism, while maintaining realistic expectations, we can help navigate people through this process. We firmly believe that there are no wrong decisions….just misinformed. Our role in the transaction will be to provide you with as much information as possible that is designed for your specific situation. We recognize that buyers and sellers are unique individuals and everything should be tailored to your wants and needs. That those wants and needs may change as we work through the process and we will change with you.

We truly feel that the real estate transaction should be relationship focused….not transactional.

Just like everything in real estate, it all starts with an idea…

So many things changed with Covid-19 and Aaron is no different than so many others. At the onset of the pandemic, when the entire world shut down, Aaron spent time in his basement with a pile of 2×4’s, a tool belt, and half a clue as to what to do with it. Like so many people at that time with more time to think then normal, Aaron decided that he would take the plunge and go out on his own. The uncertainty and planning of the next step took time to work through but eventually, September 24, 2020, Turning Point Real Estate Ltd. was born. Working in a small office Aaron started building his team. He is honored every time someone invites him in to be a part of such an important transaction. He appreciates that real estate is a challenging and changing industry and embraces what the future holds. The core belief and mandate of Turning Point Real Estate Ltd. is that regardless of what technological advances take place (and there are a lot!), that the experience of the transaction is key.
That the relationship and the building of trust is the building block of any deal. That people have the choice to work with anyone they like and for them to put their trust with us is the highest compliment and we don’t take that lightly
